Fudge began as a simple hobby of mine that grew and grew as the people around me showed support. When my wife's dear grandfather passed away from a long struggle with ongoing dementia and I heard about how proud he was of his delicious chocolate fudge recipe I had to know more. And as her family told me more about his fudge and the way it made people smile, It made me think I could do the same thing and so What the Fudge was born, with all the wacky flavors I could muster and several traditional ones as well. There's more down the road for this business and with the support of my growing family I see a bright future.
